I've only used my Quidax App sparingly in the past two years and, as a matter of fact, was more afraid to keep using it given some of the complaints that I've read online. However, today, I decided to gain a personal experience so, I tried Fiat deposit and withdrawal to and from Quidax via my Pocket App which I have also never used before. I must say that the ease and speed with which both operations (Deposit and Withdrawal) were executed are so, so commendable. Smooth and fast. Kudos, Quidax!

I'm giving it 2 Stars because the support service are very helpful,they have one of the best support service ever.I made a deposit of N95,600 to the account details that was generated but didn't receive it,a reversal of N10,600 was sent back to me And when I messaged the support to complain..they've been really helpful by actively responding to messages as their role requires.They told me to be patient for 7-14days to get the complete reversal of my initial deposit.Please work on making it Short
