Totally worest customer service. Earlier i have taken loan and promptly repaid in advance.And in last december 2024 5th, 6th i have cleared two months emi well in advance. unexpectedly last emi was auto debited in my account. After one day i was noticed and immediately informed customer care people.They asked sent me screen shots of my account details which was auto debit and well in advance payment details. my bank account details with self check.. Every thing i sent. Still it is not solved.

Since 1 year what kind of revamping of services is going on your platform with regards to credit limit. What is the point in giving the limit & not allowing to use it. Your support sucks. It's better to close down ur operations. Pathetic service. I'd suggest no one should use the app.
