LazyPay: Loan App & Pay Later

Charged more than 350rs as penalty on 1030rs (more than 30% with interest) because I was late by few hours to due date, I've never seen this happen anywhere else, the most ridiculous penalty I've ever seen with little to no flexibility. I failed to set Autopay which lead to forgetfulness. Everyone I've ever used allows a few days open window before charging a late fee penalty, this is the first time I've seen where someone is just waiting for that "12am" mark to hit. Uninstalled.

Scam and totally worthless app. There are better alternatives available. Trust them but never this app. They showed cashback when I ordered on swiggy but did not receive and cashback. Plus their customer service team has no agent option, would love to give negative rating
