Every since the app updated, when I log in to review my accounts, it says that my transactions have not synched and to log out, then retry in 10 minutes. I get the same notification after 10 minutes. Please fix this issue.

I've been with this bank since 2013, but today I am closing my account. I received a check refund for an auto policy that I canceled in the amount of $4.73, which I submitted through the app. They took the money back out because the auto insurance wouldn't clear the check, which is understandable. However, they also took a $15.00 processing fee from my account on top of the $4.73 I deposited. When I called to try to figure things out, they told me that it's just how they do things.
