2024-07-15 | I've been with this bank since 2013, but today I am closing my account. I received a check refund for an auto policy that I canceled in the amount of $4.73, which I submitted through the app. They took the money back out because the auto insurance wouldn't clear the check, which is understandable. However, they also took a $15.00 processing fee from my account on top of the $4.73 I deposited. When I called to try to figure things out, they told me that it's just how they do things. | ||
2024-02-11 | You still have a blank screen bug for your 2 step authentication. Once you open the text or any other app and return to enter the code, FW app is blank white screen and you cannot enter the code!!!! To make matters worse it wants to verify at every new cell tower you connect to. I can literally only use this version of the app on my previously authenticated wifi... that's it. I leave my area and I can't use the app. Fix it! Bring back the pin login! |
