2024-03-16	Forgone	Please, be honest with your customers. You charge 3% for transfer from Poland to Ukraine (calculated for 1000 PLN transfer). It would be much better to just show it to customers and don't lie to them about zero comission fee and better exchange rate. I know that you have to earn as a company. That's not the problem. The problem is that you are not honest with your customers. It may be caled fraud, actually.
2022-12-07	Deravicz co-ceo	The most useless money sending app I have ever used they send mails everyday transfer Is free but when u want to send they charge u and customer relation is zero for the past 19hrs my transaction has been pending and on the app they wrote maximum 1h. For me you got no star and you guys just lost a customer. My transfer status remains the same (waiting) till this moment . Support team is useless with copy n paste responses. 👎👎👎👎👎 Funny enough the app stopped working since 578 to 1euro
2022-06-12	Emmanuel Appau	Terrible app, my account was blocked while awaiting verification process, I contacted the customer service and they say there is nothing they can do about it. So now I don't know if they will be deleting the information I provided or will just be keeping it in their data base.

According to the Support Staff I was told my account wasn't verified and I have done the necessary verification previously. Kindly look into this issue so I can recover my account back. Thanks

I highly recommend and I rate a 💯 percent

Sometimes the payment arrives faster than I expected, sometimes a bit slower but all the same, this is the best transfer app that I have used so far... Because I got to download about a million of them. Spoko has been my favorite so far, I always feel my money is safe. Thanks
2021-11-23	Jay Stephney TV	At first i was making use of dis app and it was good, all to my surprise i noticed i couldn't send money to Africa, i sent an email to the customer service and they told me i should update my app which i did, not knowing that i was blocked from making use of their app and all they could later say was that i can't make use of the App because i used the same documents and different phone number in registering spoko. This is very bad of you guys. The app am using now is far better than spoko 100%

I only hope that they continue to offer this service, because I used to patronized other Apps before they falls apart.
2021-09-20	lola assissi	Fraud! Avoid ! Since Saturday I sent money to my own account. The status of transaction says "completed" however no money in the account, customer service are so useless .. they are so rude.. i asked them why but they keep saying on their end the money has been transferred.. funny thing is if I had sent the money to a family member i might think they are lying that they have received the money . I sent to myself obviously i have a mobile app to check ifyou want to loose money then go for them
2021-06-20	Hitesh Soni	It's just like fake app , I finished that uploading my documents and now it's showing unknown error and on website it's showing unexpected error, I emailed to spoko but nobody reply, I will suggest to don't send your documents and give your personal details, it's better Paysend and western union money transfer instead of spoko.
