Please, be honest with your customers. You charge 3% for transfer from Poland to Ukraine (calculated for 1000 PLN transfer). It would be much better to just show it to customers and don't lie to them about zero comission fee and better exchange rate. I know that you have to earn as a company. That's not the problem. The problem is that you are not honest with your customers. It may be caled fraud, actually.

The most useless money sending app I have ever used they send mails everyday transfer Is free but when u want to send they charge u and customer relation is zero for the past 19hrs my transaction has been pending and on the app they wrote maximum 1h. For me you got no star and you guys just lost a customer. My transfer status remains the same (waiting) till this moment . Support team is useless with copy n paste responses. 👎👎👎👎👎 Funny enough the app stopped working since 578 to 1euro
