| 2025-01-23 |  | | Pretty easy to use the only thing that was a bit confusing was that the show I'm attending starts at 8p and the app shows a 3 hour window that you can change but the price changed as I added time to our reservation because my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. However once I started the booking process it said our reserve time was from 2pm-8am the next day which is great but just a little confusing to understand as a first time user. Other than that all went well and was fairly easy. |

Didn't get a notice about that until after completing every step but the last. Had to drive around to luckily find another working machine, after wasting twenty minutes. Not to mention the app didn't properly use the historical set of credit cards likely due to poor design. |

EDIT: They gave me and account credit that didn't include the service fees? I had to call and got a refund minus the service fees, don't use this app if they can't give a full refund it's a scam. |

More steps to pay than a paper ticket and credit card and more fees. Paywhiz responded with a very boiler plate response but doesn't explain how this is better experience than a ticket kiosk that doesn't charge a fee to the customer. |

The parking lot was very sketchy in a bad part of town and not at all close to Moda (not familiar with the area to know this). Didn't park there. Will never use this app again. Zero stars are too good. |

They charge you a "service fee" that is supposed to help maintain the app. Clearly they are using the money for something else because they app is a piece of junk. It would not let me pick the time to park and then when I tried to adjust the time it said the time was not available.....useless parking app. |

It was confusing and too much to click to get where I needed. Immediately upon entering this app i selected events went to the next day with the event i was attending, it popped up all the parking locations, clicked book and reserve, paid and it was done. Took all of 15 seconds. Great app!!! |

It also does not allow me to save a commonly used location, I am forced to walk over to a sign and scan a QR code - why can't I simply select the location from within the app? Why must I scan a code that is across the lot? They have clearly not considered an average motorcyclist in this app design. |
| 2024-09-29 |  | | My experience with this was HORRIBLE. When I entered a parking lot that I had prepaid for and scanned the App it displayed the wrong name. The attendant said it was fine. Hours later when I went to leave there was no attendant and the lot would not let me exit after scanning the code in the App. 20 minutes of calling for assistance with NO reply some body must have seen me on a camera or something and the gate lifted. There was no contact with management of the lot and the AP was no help. |
| 2024-09-22 |  | | This was a total scam. The parking lot was about 15 minutes away from our event. No parking attendees, poorly lit, in a very secluded area where anyone could walk in or out. Charged us over 60 bucks for a lot that normal charges 5 bucks. As we walked to the venue, we saw a closer, well lit lot for almost half the price. What a way to start our date night. Never again. |
