Pretty easy to use the only thing that was a bit confusing was that the show I'm attending starts at 8p and the app shows a 3 hour window that you can change but the price changed as I added time to our reservation because my wife is disabled and in a wheelchair. However once I started the booking process it said our reserve time was from 2pm-8am the next day which is great but just a little confusing to understand as a first time user. Other than that all went well and was fairly easy.

Machine at gate was broken and unbelievably the app was down for maintenance in the middle of the day on a Monday. Didn't get a notice about that until after completing every step but the last. Had to drive around to luckily find another working machine, after wasting twenty minutes. Not to mention the app didn't properly use the historical set of credit cards likely due to poor design.
