I was told that all my past radiology scans / images would be stored on the portal, but I noted it is only up to Oct 2021. The previous scans under Image Portal have not been ported over? Can I request for synchronization of all my medical scans pls for easy reference?

Tried to login and success. However every single time I access the feature. The system said my acc logon to another device. Great security is awesome, but make sure its done properly. Plus, I give my OTP and biometric, only show "Failed"
