Originally had a good experience with this app compared to my previous provider Grasshopper. Now I am starting to get issues where the mobile app doesn't synce with the desktop app. Messages don't always go through. Calls are too quite/muffled when calling over wifi. Using cell service for calls provides better call quality but incoming calls just show up as my business number through my personal number. I just want an app that works and that I don't have to worry about or mess with.

Love the features, cost, and flexibility. Scales easily. Works great for a remote, mobile business environment. Transcripts of voicemails makes call screening and responding easy. Call quality has been good. Includes fax and conference calling as well as a virtual receptionist in the plan price. Ooma works.
