I found a bug in the app with respect to contact syncing and am trying to work with technical support to get it fixed. The one star review is specifically because they literally had me reset my password and READ IT TO THEM OVER THE PHONE so they could access my account over the next 2 days to reproduce the issue. That is an absolute security best practice violation, so it has to be called out here.

App is useless - outbound only calls with their basic "Free" plan (no inbound or bidirectional). Call quality is not any better than other comparable services. Charges $40 to port a number while industry average is $20-$30. No forwarding, no blacklist, no CID privacy. Others rave about Ooma's range of features, but those are for business or premium plans. Ooma's basic plan lacks features that are standard in other services. Will not recommend to friends and family.
