Service set to simultaneously ring home and mobile, and my cell phone rings about 60% of the time and home phone about 90%. Very rarely do they both ring at the same time. More often the mobile only rings once then disappears. Also since recent update if I'm making a call I can't do it on speaker phone until the other party picks up, not useful at all. Now my phone updated to Android 14, if I'm on a call and check another app such as email or messages the call automatically disconnects.

I had Vonage from the time they started. The voice quality and connection stability was never very good but because i made frequently international calls and traveled a lot it was worthwhile (especially as it used to be reasonably priced). Now they are not cheap anymore and most phone companies have cheaper services (if you even need this kind of service anymore). I still kept the service longer than I should have. After my vonage extension app started to give me problems, I finally canceled.
