When the app works and I can actually get through an entire video, it's great, but I often have to restart the video walk-throughs because it gets stuck on loading the next section. I wish it would just flow to the next section and add a pause feature instead of taking so long to load each part.

This app doesn't work with Android, end of story. I bought a Trinity+ during Black Friday. Once it arrived I followed instructions to the letter to pair w/ the app. Pairing failed. Spent about a week troubleshooting, nothing worked so I ended up making a warranty claim. Fast forward to today January 26 and I just now got my replacement. Went to pair it and boom, same issue. Two months of this! My phone is up-to-date & all permissions granted. This is absurd for the $$$ of this system.
