Worked once. Then never worked again. I've tried reset, over n over. Camera won't link connect to ph. While trying to sync, it saying " wifi is now connected". I already signed into wifi. The qr code sticker was damaged when I bought it. And the numerical code to sign in manually, in on same damaged sticker. So that option is out. Store I bought it from, had no trouble,but wouldn't work when I got home. Shouldn't be so hard to sync!.:(

Purchased a camera QC3859 that is sold as a PTZ camera, but Nextech can't provide a app for this camera. The only app that is in the instructions is the Smart Life app that does not have a zoom feature. Nextech are falsely selling these cameras as PTZ which they are not until they can provide a app that is fully functional.
