2024-11-13	Silly Valentine	MyHome has been abysmal for quite some time. Every time I try to make an appointment ,9/10 times it's not available. For example, I book for 12pm and says it's not available so I try different times until I get lucky and even if I get a time they almost always late or never show up. Why show us available times in the first place? I try to call customer service but the number is unavailable so you're forced to go through whatsapp where they apologize and the cycle happens again and again.
2024-08-26	Mohammed Hamad	technician accepts order, never shows up and his phone number is disconnected. Then you have to wait for customer service to refund your money. Waste of time
2024-07-16	Nicolett Al-Abdulmuhsen	Although the app is OK, the customer service falls short. You try to contact someone, and they can't help you out. They promise calls, but nobody calls back. They did a no-show for a cleaning. I asked for a refund and still have yet to get it or anyone willing to give me information on when I can get a refund. I do not recommend MyHome services to anyone.

2024-04-07	Talal Alshatti	Service was scheduled at 10 p.m., yet no one showed up nor called. When I called, customer care was not available. I have been charged with no service. I called the service provider company, and he said I can't make it. He actually was rude and not helpful. Customer care called me and fixed the problem. They also compensated me generosity. I am changing the rating to 4 stars to encourage them to update the service.
2023-11-05	sangeeta devchoudhury	Editing the review: Received a reply finally after leaving the earlier review on App store. The washing machine was repaired two days after the original appointment. Old review: We paid for the service. It mandatorily asks for a prepayment. Nobody came for the repair. The call centre refused to help
2023-10-31	rawan marafie	Very bad app .. and very bad handymen .. I asked for installation for "ikea bed" which is super easy to install. The price on the app was 5 kd. The man spent 3 hours trying to figure out how to fix it and then he said it will take one more hour and I can't fix it and he left without fixing it! And the funny thing they asked for 35 kd additional cost!!! + her broke the bed! I made a complain and no one called back.
2023-03-16	Faten Haider	The app started to become a nightmare, and the workers didn't have a good experience either. They let me wait for two days so the workers would come to my home, and then after they started working, the worker gave me a higher price than the one they took the last time they did the exact same thing.

2022-03-07	Taher Baghly	Worst app and service.. i ordered grocery and its 10th day I've not received.. no option for cancellation.. help center playing just role of intermediate.. no one is accountable ..
