MyHome has been abysmal for quite some time. Every time I try to make an appointment ,9/10 times it's not available. For example, I book for 12pm and says it's not available so I try different times until I get lucky and even if I get a time they almost always late or never show up. Why show us available times in the first place? I try to call customer service but the number is unavailable so you're forced to go through whatsapp where they apologize and the cycle happens again and again.

technician accepts order, never shows up and his phone number is disconnected. Then you have to wait for customer service to refund your money. Waste of time
