| 2025-02-02 |  | | It's a great app for guides, official notifications, tools and such. However, the recent update which moved the Character Channel from the Home section to the Groups section with the characters under their the tab of their respective games was a terrible decision. Not only is it less efficient and harder to find, but the Favorites/Recently Joined section which contained all the characters players are actively accompanying is gone. Players have to hunt and search for their characters now. Awful. |
| 2025-01-26 |  | | gotta say good app but it's in the wrong hands there's a bug I've been facing I've sent feedbacks it's been months and they haven't fixed it yet, instead they tell me to clear cache and data or reinstall/update the app instead of actually trying to fix the bug. And the genshin interactive map lags alot when you have so much materials u wanna farm, it's better if they put the interactive map in the actual game I'd say or fix it and sync it with your ingame exploration |

We can a company characters on here for merch like stuff we can use on the app, and they changed it so you have to find the damn thing! Before it was on the home page and it showed all the characters you a company at the top, and now you have to go through the catalog and find every character! I was acompaning more than 9 characters and now I can bearly remember them! I really hope this changes back to how it was before |

But I think it could be better if, once you log in to this and connect your game account (e.g., Genshin Impact), the world map automatically shows chests, puzzles, or quests you haven’t encountered yet. It would really save time and make exploring more efficient, especially for players (like me) whose aiming to complete every area. It would also make the map feel more interactive and personalized. |

However, what I don't like about this app, is the forceful need to go through the forums to take a look at the widgets / webapp activities. I don't want to take a look at what other people has to say about certain things. I find that awfully cringe, so I hope they bring more features, such as the option to hide the home page. It's useless. |

If you play a HoYoverse game regularly, this is a convenient way to check-in for rewards, view ongoing events and wiki articles, and interact with passionate fans. Worth a shot! |
| 2024-12-19 |  | | I DO love hoyolab, but it does have issues of sometimes not loading images or icons when it should as they're hoyolab native images- or possibly even struggling to load certain pages. It does make it a struggle to deal with. I really wished there was a way to fix the fact I can't see about a quarter of the backdrop images and a few game icons even on good wifi, but it's not getting better throughout the time this has occurred. if seems to only effect older images but it still sucks to deal with |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Sometimes, 1) the character voice alarms don't set off. 2) the alarm icon doesn't remove whenever I turn off my alarm or after alarm has set off. And 3) there is sometimes a few minute delay whenever alarm sets off; I set alarm for 6:30, and alarm sets off at 6:35 for some reason. I'm on an optimal device and I know it's still in beta. But I thought it should be addressed. |

I stopped making post and interacting with the platform because the rewards that intensifies you to are not even accessible. It's just showing me the options of how to earn the points and when it directs me to what I need to do it doesn't work. I even did this the other day and it was functional but the app is just fickle on whether it wants to function day by day |
| 2024-09-14 |  | | 1- This app lacks heavily for chatting feature with a good notification whenever someone sends a message to you. 2- There is a bug with the Creator's Assistant that all the news on it are getting their photos removed and turning black even when I share it it's shared as a black photo. I updated the app, cleared cache, contacted the support and nothing work, just fix ur app. And most importantly add a chat feature to the app |
