It's a great app for guides, official notifications, tools and such. However, the recent update which moved the Character Channel from the Home section to the Groups section with the characters under their the tab of their respective games was a terrible decision. Not only is it less efficient and harder to find, but the Favorites/Recently Joined section which contained all the characters players are actively accompanying is gone. Players have to hunt and search for their characters now. Awful.

Aegis Runestone, 2025-02-02It was great but now there is one thing that pissed me off the most. We can a company characters on here for merch like stuff we can use on the app, and they changed it so you have to find the damn thing! Before it was on the home page and it showed all the characters you a company at the top, and now you have to go through the catalog and find every character! I was acompaning more than 9 characters and now I can bearly remember them! I really hope this changes back to how it was before
