Doing great so far, one week into the ab rehab and I'm learning so much. Never came across a regiment that takes you through each step as well as this one. I can tell I will see results. The app is working however the videos are on vimeo which was discontinued on tvs. If you have the vimeo app don't uninstall it or you'll never get it back. You can either google cast these videos to a new tv or on a firestick, you can change display to mirror, and connect with an Android phone smart view.

5 stars. The plans are Easy to follow and are broken up to be non-intimidating. Easy to use app with very intuitive menu and functions. Both Ab Rehab and Slim Down are amazing programs and have changed my lifestyle for the better. My only upgrade that I would suggest is that videos can be enlarged in-app versus having to go to the external Vimeo to view full-screen. I do think it's a great program and really appreciate the easy way to navigate within the app.
