2024-06-30 | Login is frustrating to use with a password manager. You have to delete and retype the last character of your password before the app will allow you to click Continue to proceed. UPDATE: nearly a year later and this is still not fixed. Furthermore the fingerprint login never works. Lowered review to one star. | ||
2023-12-08 | The app is just as bad as their customer service. Awful and constantly down. "Try again later" should be there motto. Update 10/2022: The app is still terrible. Does anyone even bother to monitor the bugs on this app? I love having to uninstall the app just to get past the error screen. My personal favorite is having to answer security questions that have nothing to do with me. Top notch Tri-City! Ugh. 12/2023.... still terrible. Constantly asking to register account. 2023-12-07 | Horrible, Both my husband and I have it set up to have our username saved so all we have to do is put in our password, and it always logs us all the way out to where we have to reput our usernames, select to save username, and re enroll our phone numbers. It does this to us at least 4 to 5x in one day. When it's not doing that it's telling me the network is not available. When it does decide to work properly it's great, but this is very seldom. | ||
2023-10-19 | I always opt for the app to remember my username and to use my fingerprint yet it never works. 😤 I changed my password to log in and it tells me it's wrong. How?? I always have trouble viewing the statements also while using the mobile app. Please fix these issues. I need to download statements and have a difficult time doing it because of log in issues. I also get error messages saying I'm NOT authorized to use the fingerprint to log in. How? I'm on the account. This is frustrating. | ||
2023-10-05 | UPDATE 1 year later and a new phone and this is still an issue. I have to authenticate every time and even though I'm set up for biometrics my fingerprint never works. Just not good! ORIGINAL I have to uninstall and reinstall this app like once a week. The fingerprint works like one or twice and I constantly have to authenticate. Then I start getting network busy error so have to start over. Terrible experience but when it works it's great. | ||
2023-10-02 | 10/2/23 UPDATE: Continually have to re enroll to use the app. It saves the choice ti use my fingerprint (even tho I uncheck it EVERY TIME), yet won't save my username and I have to re enroll. 3/20/23 UPDATE: Continually have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Same network error I've been getting for months. I haven't been able to use the app in about 3 days. Keeps saying the data network is busy. | ||
2023-08-11 | My experience is terrible, the app doesn't work, has never been fix and i know the employees on every bank know that, i been year's and same problem. As a client, i have more trouble to just read my balance, even when you click the save option, it deleted all the login info and stop using the fingerprint option, to fix that i have to re-log in put all my data and time then enroll my phone number for 4,000 time. It feels like we are not important for the bank. | ||

2023-04-05 | This app is terrible. Won't let me sign in with my fingerprint. Doesn't give half the information the website does. Uninstalling & going back to just using the website. I gave it another try, and it now allows others to access your account more easily. I have had numerous issues with people accessing my account since I downloaded the app, and when I call the customer service, they all say to wait & see what happens. Seems to me like this bank doesn't care at all for the safety of your money. | ||
2023-03-15 | I get a constant network error and can't use the app anymore now. Not that it makes much difference since the app barely worked as it was. Fingerprint sign on is an option but doesn't work anymore, notifications come either late or repeat for days, I constantly have to enter security questions that I didn't select that sometimes tell me I'm wrong, oh and it asks for my phone number to enroll nearly every time. Only good for quickly seeing my balance and last few transactions. |
