The app is just as bad as their customer service. Awful and constantly down. "Try again later" should be there motto. Update 10/2022: The app is still terrible. Does anyone even bother to monitor the bugs on this app? I love having to uninstall the app just to get past the error screen. My personal favorite is having to answer security questions that have nothing to do with me. Top notch Tri-City! Ugh. 12/2023.... still terrible. Constantly asking to register account. Waste of time.

Horrible, Both my husband and I have it set up to have our username saved so all we have to do is put in our password, and it always logs us all the way out to where we have to reput our usernames, select to save username, and re enroll our phone numbers. It does this to us at least 4 to 5x in one day. When it's not doing that it's telling me the network is not available. When it does decide to work properly it's great, but this is very seldom.
