2024-01-22	Steven n	I hate this app. Fingerprint doesn't work and so it's a pita to log in. If you don't log in for a certain amount of time, your account gets blocked. Then you call the number to get it reactivated but you need your account number to replace the password. However, your app is locked so you have to get it from the bank...but not from the number you called to help you login. So you have to hang up, call your local branch to get your account number, so you can put it in to change your password. Nope.

2023-11-13	April Dugas	I have called twice to have my number updated so I can log in and it still has my old number so I can't have a security code sent to me to login it's been a month now absolutely ridiculous
2023-07-15	JMT	2021: Worked for a few hours and now can't log in. It won't do anything. Added July 15, 2023: I can't login onto the website with my credentials so I tried using the app again. I can't login on the app either.
2023-06-16	Denise Ogonowski	The android version is horrible!! The iphone version worked awesome. Now that I have an Android my fingerprint won't work, I have to reenter my info everytime I go to login. So since it doesn't stay active or whatever I don't get any notifications. When on iphone I got notifications everytime there was a transaction, but now that doesn't work. If it had worked a store wouldn't have just charged me twice for the same purchase... I would have been notified.
2023-06-07	B	This is the worst banking app ever I couldn't think of a way to make it more terrible if I tried. The app never connects with low signal on your phone and will make it seem as though you entered the wrong password but it is in fact that you don't have enough bandwidth to login so if you do that twice then you're locked out until the bank opens. Sometimes though it won't let me login for unknown reasons. I will say it is probably secure though so secure even I can't log in.
2023-04-25	michael brown	I had an update 2 weeks ago ever since then my fingerprint scanner will not work I've deleted that reloaded it I'll call them multiple times with no results every time I want to look at my bank balance I have to try to login get them to send me a pin code enter it with a text if I have look at it the next day or 10 minutes later I have to do the same thing I'm disgusted
2023-04-13	Jeffery Barker	Garbage app. This app alone makes me want to change banks. Continuously crashing! Nothing fixes it. NOTHING!
