I really loathe having to use this app. It has been over 5 years and I still can't login reliably to my account because the app won't save your account right or fingerprint. They should fire the developers.

I hate this app. Fingerprint doesn't work and so it's a pita to log in. If you don't log in for a certain amount of time, your account gets blocked. Then you call the number to get it reactivated but you need your account number to replace the password. However, your app is locked so you have to get it from the bank...but not from the number you called to help you login. So you have to hang up, call your local branch to get your account number, so you can put it in to change your password. Nope.
