| 2023-10-17 |  | | Horrible app. Biometric never works. You put in your info every time no matter what. It makes you confirm like you're signing up every time and it's time consuming bs. You're better off keeping track of your own spending. This is just a waste of precious time you can't get back in this life. I'm sorry you'll have to keep calling them because they have no other option online. Might as well not have an app. The condescending lady at the counter says, "I don't have any issues," like the rest of us |
| 2023-07-14 |  | | This is absolutely the worst online banking app I have ever used. It doesn't work much of the time. It doesn't accept credentials even when entered correctly. It doesn't remember fingerprints. When the app thinks you've entered incorrect credentials 3 or 4 times it locks your account. The only way to get it unlocked is to call the bank during regular hours. Basically it is unusable. Considering most consumer banking is done online this is inexcusable. |

They have no online website anymore you have to do everything through the mobile app. The app constantly gives me an error message, kicks out my password information and doesn't let me sign in. Which entails me having to try and look up the login information but most times I have to call the bank so they can reset it. Horrible. |
