Horrible app. Biometric never works. You put in your info every time no matter what. It makes you confirm like you're signing up every time and it's time consuming bs. You're better off keeping track of your own spending. This is just a waste of precious time you can't get back in this life. I'm sorry you'll have to keep calling them because they have no other option online. Might as well not have an app. The condescending lady at the counter says, "I don't have any issues," like the rest of us
