2025-01-25	Ewa Chwieszczenik	Plain and simply. It did not work. Set up an account as requested. That part wasn't in the instructions. Followed the step by step instructions. Tried to view camera feed. Kept being told about connection timing out/ not connecting. It was a waste of time.
2025-01-15	Joel Koepp	We use this for our office and monitoring my elderly parents home and it's comforting to be able to be able to make sure my business and family are safe wether I am down the road or across the country. It's detailed enough to see who is outside our office while our employees are working, like if it's just a delivery or a potential threat that we don't even need to approach the door. Also allows me to see if my mom or dad are alone to be able to ensure they have everything they need.
2024-12-16	Weesam	I am having an issue where now none of the events are showing up in the app out of no where. It's the only reason. I use it. I tried reinstalling app and resetting DVR to factory and setting it all up again and nothing. What's the deal?
2024-12-10	Michael Bloom	This app has recently changed so it closes after a short period of time. We have many customers using wall mounted ipads to display cameras and now the program closes automatically. This is causing a lot of issues for our customers! Please do not use this APP if your customer wants to have a display that always shows the video images!
2024-12-10	N8TE	had for 2 years. was recommended by a sparky. guess it was cheeper for him. it is horrible to use. no sound on play back. hdd is hard to navigate .drive now saying its full so wont record. grainy picture. records a fart in the wind dont recommend. ill be changing soon

2024-10-25	Pradeesh Mani	don't trust any of these battery powered wifi cameras, got mine professionally installed (wired) and they showed me this cool app that let's me view my cams from anywhere always, just the motion detection needs to get a bit more smarter and not notify everything , like even bees flying in front of the cam gets a notification
2024-08-29	Carlos.F.	This is for people who have Android phones. If your app is crashing or not giving you notifications or a delay try these steps that worked for me. On the app icon press and hold for 2 seconds a box should appear that should say, select, remove, uninstall...on the upper right next to the app's name should be an ( i ) symbol click on that which will take you to the app info settings. Scroll down to where it says battery click on that and make sure that it is on optimized and not restricted.
2024-08-20	Jesus Santiago	APP tends to freeze at playback mode. I took off my stars and gave it one because it won't let me remove it. Actually ZERO stars. Aug. 20, 2024 update. App has not gotten better. Now I try to view live and it will play then freeze up and skip to present and miss everything in between. I can't follow an image from beginning to end. Time for a different system with a better app.
