Plain and simply. It did not work. Set up an account as requested. That part wasn't in the instructions. Followed the step by step instructions. Tried to view camera feed. Kept being told about connection timing out/ not connecting. It was a waste of time.

I am having an issue where now none of the events are showing up in the app out of no where. It's the only reason. I use it. I tried reinstalling app and resetting DVR to factory and setting it all up again and nothing. What's the deal?
