2025-02-04	Minha	I ordered 3 items and already paid for it but the delivery keeps getting delayed day by day until i had to cancelled the order. I've never had issues with delivery in other shopping apps..they even had flexible delivery date. To contact there are no costumer services and only a bot that keeps repeating the same thing. Really a waste of time and money.

And also earlier I ordered 6 item I got only 5, so apply for the return option for missing product but you cancel my return request. I thought you will send it later but you didn't. How would someone trust you after this.
2025-02-01	Mary A	I have a bad experience with their service of refund, where as the other apps can refund the money immediately once the order is placed why can't this purple can do that! They've provided incomplete information stating that the refund is processed but it is not reflecting under my account this is so ridiculous, ssly such a terrible service and the customer care number doesn't even exist , it's not how good the product is it is all about how the service is very poor service.

2025-01-28	Nikita Barman	There was this time when I appreciated purple so much, but my last order was a disappointment, the very first reason I opted for purple because it displayed next day delivery but the order was delayed for the next 4 days , when you cannot do what you're claiming just don't do that be genuine to your customers. The second thing was my unsatisfactory experience with one of my ordered products for which I requested a return which got cancelled two times .
2025-01-27	Anjana Ks	All the sample packs that are given as free gifts are small even after buying so many products for so much money. Don't give free gifts if it seems like something generous. Or put a little more decent products. Rest of it Purple gives good service with everything else😊
2025-01-27	farog hussain	They don't provide any option to return item. This website does not care about customer. If u want to return an item then you have to give reason and photos and then they will review it. Later if they approve then only a product can be returned. another way to scam people.

Actually they have delivered awrong product , and iam tried to return that, nearly two weeks, I didn't get perfect response from their end. At end I tried to reach through call they told, there is a miss communication happened in warehouse. So we can't able to replace the product likewise they said. Actually you only send the wrong product, iam tried to return that. Still I didn't receive the exact response from your end. That'svery worst
2025-01-25	Subi Tha	This is the worst app I have never before use. I was order some products but still I don't get that. If you can't deliver means just cancel it. Why you can't do that. I want my refund. Customer care also very worst. They don't reply properly. Then how can I get information about my order. And I try many times to cancel the order but you can't cancel it. Today you don't deliver my product just cancel it I don't need that.
