I ordered 3 items and already paid for it but the delivery keeps getting delayed day by day until i had to cancelled the order. I've never had issues with delivery in other shopping apps..they even had flexible delivery date. To contact there are no costumer services and only a bot that keeps repeating the same thing. Really a waste of time and money.

Please fix payment issues . I have done my payment and shows pending. Please fix it. And also earlier I ordered 6 item I got only 5, so apply for the return option for missing product but you cancel my return request. I thought you will send it later but you didn't. How would someone trust you after this.
