Trying to update and stuck on updating and no progress need help

App worked for 1 cook. Now, it won't connect to my grill. Edit-7 months later, I've now un-installed and reinstalled, hoping to "upgrade". Upon loading, it requests your login information. Of course, I don't remember it, but there is NOT an option for password recovery. I attempted to create a new login, unsuccessfully, because both of my emails are already in use (apparently I've tried this and failed before), but it still didn't prompt for password recovery... I love the grill, hate the app.
