The app never connects to the grill, unless I call and get it "fixed". Then it'll work for like a week. It is EXTREMELY irritating that I paid extra for the wifi connectivity and hardly ever get to make use of it. I would highly recommend either buying a different brand grill or just getting the non-wifi green mountain models. It doesn't make sense to pay for something you never get to use.

It would be really cool if I could stay connected to my grill. It was connected earlier, my timer went off, and then disconnected yet again and I have no idea what temperature my food is at. It's done this repeatedly over the last several months and I am beyond annoyed 😠 my grill is connected to my Wi-Fi, everything else is right, yes I'm uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone, restarted the grill, nothing works. Haven't even gotten a call back from GMG.
