DOWNGRADING! We got newer wifi, same company. App now SAYS BOTH LG ITEMS ARE OFFLINE. App should recognize new wifi or allow manual connection. Ahh but that would be too simple!!! WHEN the app would work, it took forever to adjust the TV volume. Had to X out app remote and reopen---3 or more times! The one good feature is the input button. ALSO, WE NEED to get rid of the ANNOYING, USELESS "Automatic Standby" on the TV!!! It pops up even 10 minutes after we've turned the TV on AND SHUTS IT OFF.

Garbage so far. Have tried to load the app on Galaxy S22, installed and uninstalled, four different times and through various stages each time app freezes in a spinning cycle. Use Google, nope. Create account? Nope. Spinning Spinning Spinning...updated review...Fifth time worked. App is not intuitive. Clunky. Sparse on details.
