This is an awesome, low-cost solution. Cameras are a great deal. I started with old cell phones and those worked but due to Android support for older cell phones, I went all-in on the Alfred 2 cameras. I have 3 Alfred 2 cameras and considering more. Currently running camera firmware v1.15 that addressed network lockups. Thanks Alfred! The only observation is the cameras constantly report network instability--even one just a few feet away.

I love the idea and, when it works, it's good quality. However, it only works maybe once it off every ten attempts. Unless I have physical access to my camera (old phone) I cannot reliably access the camera and it will not reliably record motion events (making it useless for security). I get a 7001 error. If I have physical access to the camera I can open the app on the old phone and then it remembers how to function, but that defeats the purpose of a security camera.
