2025-02-03	Richard Koskowski	Started off really good. A few issues here and there. Still, no support. Automated response that replies late, then kills ticket if you dont respond quickly enough (like 40 min?). Although they didn't reply for a couple of days. Very unprofessional support. They are supposed to help, but quick to ignore. Is there someone to contact about this? Maybe an email since support will not reply
2025-01-31	Is This A Reference	It's an app composed of a many systems that make it so the "benefit" it gives to the gig worker is basically nil and zilch. Trying to reach out to support leads you a bot, and only a bot which mind you Doordash has people on staff alongside their bots. Also you can't even ask questions that aren't prompts they wrote... Getting access to shifts let alone a shift is impossible as a new person trying this out, you're not just competing to work but now having to be on chat for it.
2025-01-30	Dre Jones	Horrible response time for customer service!! It's now been 2wks and no one has even looked at my concern. App doesn't track GPS properly so it won't let u clock in sometimes and u get a point for the GPS not being able to track u! They will make a "mistake" and take away your top pro level and then claim to have no way to add it back. They are quick to take it off without explanation though
2025-01-27	Israel Gonzalez	I'd give the app more stars if 80% of the gigs I get notifications for weren't 2 hour drive away. Out of all of them maybe 20% are within a reasonable distance. I won't be driving over 100 miles for a minimum wGe gig for 5 hours. The distance filter is absolutely pointless. Also be prepared to take a bunch of quizzes and selfies of all your work clothes before you get a decent match. Also there is no option in the app to contact support in any way.
2025-01-27	Jeremy Reali	Overall good app. I enjoy being able to look at new gigs daily. Always shifts it all just depends on what your looking for. The only issue I have with this app is the customer service if you need help with anything. There is no line to call, you send an email and wait weeks for a reply.
2025-01-18	C J	The functionality is fine, but there's no work that's worth it. The jobs it shows me are hundreds of miles away, and would cost more in gas and wasted time than the amount they pay. I don't live in the middle of nowhere, and my location showing on the app is correct. I guess if you live in DC, NYC, or other very large cities, this is a great app...
2025-01-14	Maria Crank	Hands down the best App for finding and fulfilling job opportunities!! Instawork has never given me issues and is pretty simple to use. The Job listings are self explanatory, easy to choose from and the job positions are simple to apply for and to get. Things go a bit slowly when you first get started but once you are approved for the diff job options it's smooth sailing. Wish there were more jobs in my area but not the apps fault! SERIOUSLY INSTAWORK IS THE BESSTTT LAST MIN JOB APP 🙌!!
2025-01-12	Brandon Kuri	So on the app I hardly ever get a shift offer even tho my profile is excellent and high reliability and I've completed all quizzes and trainings. The shifts that do come in if ever I go threw the whole process to accept but when I go to book the shift has already been taken. The only shifts that let me book always start in 30 min after being able to book which of course I'm going to be late and that's not good on the app but it's not my fault u needed a last min employee and I take the shift.
2024-12-18	D Booker	Just started with them about 2 months ago. Seems pretty easy to sign up. Have many various jobs and shifts to pick up. Just wish they offered more available jobs to new hires. To me if you're just starting it's very slim finding something available right away unless it's a pop up in which you my not be available for. Besides that the shifts I was able to grab were pretty good and the staffing were easy to work with.
2024-12-09	Courtney Ruh	This app is extremely thorough when it comes to building your profile and applying for positions. The screening process is very intricate when deciding what skilled positions you are qualified to do. In the beginning,it seems like a LOT to do, but the hard work you put in is definitely worth it once you begin booking shifts! Instawork is AMAZING!! The only downside is if we have a problem, theres no one we can call for an immediate response. 24/7 customer service would be beneficial for us all!
