Started off really good. A few issues here and there. Still, no support. Automated response that replies late, then kills ticket if you dont respond quickly enough (like 40 min?). Although they didn't reply for a couple of days. Very unprofessional support. They are supposed to help, but quick to ignore. Is there someone to contact about this? Maybe an email since support will not reply

It's an app composed of a many systems that make it so the "benefit" it gives to the gig worker is basically nil and zilch. Trying to reach out to support leads you a bot, and only a bot which mind you Doordash has people on staff alongside their bots. Also you can't even ask questions that aren't prompts they wrote... Getting access to shifts let alone a shift is impossible as a new person trying this out, you're not just competing to work but now having to be on chat for it.
