Last time I bought 2 chargers and boxes and didn't take the time to do it and neither of the cords even worked the boxes did. I don't have the receipt now. Advice: do it before you take out the charger so that you don't forget! Ty for allowing me this opportunity to not have to keep purchasing chargers.

I scanned the qr code then the bar code and one would think that oh, it has the info that it needs but turns out you need to put in the product make and model. But it doesn't have the one I need on the list, the box even says "backed by instaProtek". I would give this no stars If I could.
2024-11-02	raine4275	This app keeps crashing in the middle of me trying to register my device. I have been trying for a week to register my device after the use of Liquipel screen protector. There is no adequate customer service phone number, and I sent a "chat message" and have been waiting for a response thru my email? I am pleased with the product, but very disappointed with the app crashing, and not being able to register my device in a timely fashion. I hope that I will still be able to register my device.
2024-04-21	Conley Rasor	The absolute worst scam I've seen in years. The screen literally micro cracks just from some light use. After charging you over 70 dollars for the initial product and shady insurance policy, you have a screen that cracks after literal weeks of use. This has happened to me on two separate occasions, then when you try to get another one, they charge $10 to replace the micro cracked screen only to wash and repeat. This product is terrible and I will never purchase again. I'll be posting a YT vide
2024-02-19	Rebecca Kay	You collected WAY more personal info than should ever be necessary for a warranty on a phone charging cable, then after I gave in and provided all that info you're going to sell to the highest bidder and clicked the very last button to register, the app suddenly "cannot connect to the server" and my warranty is not registered. SUPER scammy.
2023-07-25	Mark Davis	Once I figured out what app I needed to down load it was a breeze to register my device. Just scan the shield or barcode on your package to get the instructions you need to get started. This is my first time registering my phone. However I have used this product on my last two phones. One was lost but the other was run over by a pickup truck after I lefit on the roof of my car and it slid off on to the highway. The screen was totally shattered, but still worked for another 8 months. Awesome!!!
2023-02-18	Spiritpawesome	This was a really easy to use, basic, simple app. Like how clear, easy and simple the directions were. And $200 protection for my new phone is totally worth the very little extra time it took. Unclear how useful after the registration. Also unclear if it will have annoying notification or I can uninstall it 🤷‍♀️

Very quick, very user friendly app. Just make sure you are scanning the correct item you want to register.😉😉 I tried to scan the camera lens protector & register it as my phone. Even with the mistake, and going back to change info; it only took a total of 15 minutes to do & fix my mistake.
2022-12-13	Punchbowl Puowaina	Bought a 5 ft usb to lightning cable, we all know how lighting breaks down after awhile... Support team is good at emailing you back right away, it's like buying a cable for about $13 and being able to return it for up to 1 year when the lighting connection inevitably stops working with your iPad from day to day wear and tear and you need another 1.
2022-09-15	Erin Shirey	My experience with instaprotek has been exceptional! From the start of my claim until the end, everything was easy to understand and the instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend purchasing an instaprotek product when purchasing a new phone. It saved me at least $1000 and I will definitely be buying again!
