The process was simple and fast!!! This will be definitely worth taking the time to do. Last time I bought 2 chargers and boxes and didn't take the time to do it and neither of the cords even worked the boxes did. I don't have the receipt now. Advice: do it before you take out the charger so that you don't forget! Ty for allowing me this opportunity to not have to keep purchasing chargers.

This app sucks. I scanned the qr code then the bar code and one would think that oh, it has the info that it needs but turns out you need to put in the product make and model. But it doesn't have the one I need on the list, the box even says "backed by instaProtek". I would give this no stars If I could.
