| 2024-03-17 |  | | Seems like a very odd attempt at making things easier, as all it does is redirect you to the website and you just end up with pop ups telling you to download the app, the whole leisure world online booking system is flawed and I have been unable to actually use it for a while now. I feel like the people that designed this app have never actually tried to use it. |

It’s got bits of everything - app, website, staff interface, but it somehow misses the mark on cohesiveness and user-friendliness. It feels like an attempt to cover all bases, but the user experience has taken a hit. Frankly it sucks. The interface feels disjointed, it needs a serious overhaul. Please Focus on intuitive and user-friendly design to turn this into a tool that everyone would love to use. |

My requests: I would love it to be easier to check on the app when my membership will expire, and my other recommendation would be if there could be a little bit of description about what the fitness classes are - because some of them it is quite unclear what to expect from their name. |
