App failed to launch multiple times

Seems like a very odd attempt at making things easier, as all it does is redirect you to the website and you just end up with pop ups telling you to download the app, the whole leisure world online booking system is flawed and I have been unable to actually use it for a while now. I feel like the people that designed this app have never actually tried to use it.
