| 2024-02-13 |  |  | Very tedious app. Reset password attempts were unsuccessful (emails were not being sent). When I eventually managed to get onto the swimming portal after 30 minutes of back and forward trying, reloading and trying again, more issues cropped up when it wouldn't let me book any kids swimming slots. This app is good for viewing what is available, but not much more. It's a very frustrating app. |

| 2023-05-08 |  | | Absolutely horrendous, way to over complicated and not intuitive at all. The buttons are easy to navigate as in they are big and easy to read, but other than that, good luck. I'd save yourself the time and go to North Tyneside TBH, you can just turn up and pay cash. Cant remember my "member ID" or "PIN", what's wrong with an email address and password? Not that the reset button works anyway...joke of an app and useless for people who want to occasionally take their kids for a swim or something! |
| 2022-11-15 |  | | Allows you to proceed to payment before asking for login. After login it retains your booking but not any extra people you added. After you book it doesn't allow you to cancel or book more people to that slot. Pretty poor design choice. |

Called the centre who were no help at all except to endorse the fact that a lot of people have problems with the app. Told us to call the bowling centre on a different number; no reply as they didn't open untill 10 a.m. laughable!!! Get it sorted please. |

| 2022-08-14 |  | | Really poor UX and UI. Barriers everywhere. Asks to allow popups...on an app. Why not change the payment process? There's no way of allowing popups. Also, PayPal for payment? Is this 1999? Get a proper processor, save yourself some money, and get a proper designer to make your app. It looks like a child made it. Ended up calling up to book, which I'm fairly sure by the anger in the voice of the person who answered the app was meant to change that. |
| 2022-07-07 |  | | Used to be able to book gym and spa sessions, but no when I do it tells me to contact the centre which when I have done have been told everything's all good with my account and payments are up to date, just think this app has way too many bugs and down falls experiencing more and more as I use it! |
