Very tedious app. Reset password attempts were unsuccessful (emails were not being sent). When I eventually managed to get onto the swimming portal after 30 minutes of back and forward trying, reloading and trying again, more issues cropped up when it wouldn't let me book any kids swimming slots. This app is good for viewing what is available, but not much more. It's a very frustrating app.

Constant problems with paying is so annoying as it doesn't hold your spot so by the time you get there or get someone on the phone it's gone. Stop making people ring you for information ( prices) you can easily put on the app. No one answers the phone
