2024-09-02 | After decades of loyal patronage including a mortgage, Imb and its feeble app have decided that my Android phone is rooted, though it is not and never has been. Consequently I am wrongly prevented from doing outbound transfers with this lame app. Imb customer 'service' staff are judge and jury with this guilty until proven innocent ideology and nothing will be done to rectify their clear error. Needless to say, I will soon be banking elsewhere. No other bank app has this issue on the same phone. | ||
2024-08-07 | The online service is very very poor. Takes a long while to get connected. After keying in a couple of characters in the chat session disconnects. Starts the whole process again. Took me an hour to send two short messages in the chat session | ||
2024-08-01 | The new version won't let me send money to other people accounts the msgs says unspecified internet banking error please call. They were very rude when l was trying to explain the situation they didn't believe me said some times it happens try again later it been almost too weeks. I wasn't even rude back pretty much done with imb. Edited update there replayed the app won't work if there are certain apps on Ur phone eg they are monitoring your phone!!!!!! Don't tell me l can't a VPN in my phone | ||
2024-07-10 | The App has now just changed and is no longer fit for purpose. I have deleted it. SAD as I used it daily to check our accounts for any unauthorised transactions..good news waited a day then re installed the app now all as it should be. Strange that it went crazy on me but all good now and happy to rely on and use again! | ||
2023-05-22 | It doesn't even give me the option to access/view my statements on the app. Worst app ever! Edit: To your response - No I can't. It doesn't give me the option to. Apparently if you have a joint account, both account holders must choose to receive statements online. If one chooses to receive theirs online and the other doesn't then it doesn't give you the option! | ||

Recently I've got a message from the app telling me I have an unsecure connection and I won't be able to log in. Why can't I access my funds in peace!!??!?!?! Why do you make it so hard!?!??!?! I'm truly DISGUSTED and considering switching banks at this point!!!!! | ||
2023-02-11 | Since the last update I have had nothing but problems with the app. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times after the app crashed and wouldn't give me access. This does not make my banking experience very enjoyable and is getting to be very frustrating. | ||
2023-02-11 | When this app works, it is great. But I have had to unistall/re-install at least 8 times in the last 2 months. The most recent time, it just won't let me set up the app (for the 9th time) because of an apparently "untrusted connection" which requires calling them. This being the same connection ive been using while the app works. Not once since the smart phone inception have i ever had to call anyone to make an app to work properly. | ||
2023-02-11 | Each update has made this app progressively worse. Updates without me giving permission, then needs me to set app up again. Often crashes, requiring clearing the cache to get it going again, which means setting it up again. Seeing as I don't keep my member number on me at all times. If it crashes when I'm out, no access until I get home, defeating the whole purpose of having the app on my phone. 👎👎👎 *So your update to "fix" the app won't even let me into it now. 2023-01-30 | The worst bank ever. Crashes every day, and in 17 and I have limited taps and I can't pay on my phone until I'm 18. I try opening the app and it just crashes and goes back onto my home screen which is fixed in the next day which isn't handy when you're trying to see how much money you have. Worst bank ever. |
