After decades of loyal patronage including a mortgage, Imb and its feeble app have decided that my Android phone is rooted, though it is not and never has been. Consequently I am wrongly prevented from doing outbound transfers with this lame app. Imb customer 'service' staff are judge and jury with this guilty until proven innocent ideology and nothing will be done to rectify their clear error. Needless to say, I will soon be banking elsewhere. No other bank app has this issue on the same phone.

The online service is very very poor. Takes a long while to get connected. After keying in a couple of characters in the chat session disconnects. Starts the whole process again. Took me an hour to send two short messages in the chat session
