| 2025-01-22 |  | | It was ok at best BEFORE the update. Now there are ads on screen that create so much lag, it crashes the game. I already am watching ads Everytime I: get off register, get out of the computer, to receive a free item, every 4th customer, every 3rd delivery...it's a lot of ads to begin with. Now the ads on screen made me uninstall. Don't purchase! Don't even get it for free. Zero stars. Not even 1. |

And also with where I'm at in the game right now, I have to order a lot of products to refill my store. But I have to wait for 1 minute for every box to spawn in... I would give this game 5 stars if the developers made it so if you ordered all your products that they just Spawn in all at the same Time, like the PC version of this game... |
| 2025-01-10 |  | | Fun, but it bugs out. Normally you can buy the extensions for 19.99 each but sometime it bugs out to show 4.99 and it never let's you purchase during that bug. And sometimes the mop disappears. Also most products do not match the picture on items and makes it hard to remember when just casually playing and you buy the wrong thing based on the literal label on the picture but it's named something else in the store. Also bought the no ads banner - they added non removeable ads.... |

It would be awesome to have customers make helpful comments during the checkout, like "prices are too high/low" "need to keep ___ in stock more", etc. It would be amazing to be able to look around while I'm "sitting" at the register too! Add age restricted items that you have to check the birthday, that'd be fun! Have an option to either set boxes down, or throw them. It would make it SO much easier to stack the boxes! |
| 2024-12-31 |  | | Too many ads you have to reset the price tags every time you close the app it's laggy as all hell when online nearly impossible to make money it doesn't show you how to catch thieves the customers at point will say they can't find a slot machine although it's right in front of them.. this game is trying to force you into pay to win and all the real money buys are too expensive.. it's an addicting game and has potential... I miss the game before the update it's all about money at this point |
| 2024-12-31 |  | | Love this game in general but two major grievences from me: There's a significant amount of items that show the wrong label and makes it exceedingly hard to figure out what is what, and I've even tried to contact the devs about it with no response or fix, but the MAJOR reason why it's only 1* is because of the ads. I paid $5 to get rid of ads, but in the latest update, they put some in on the walls of the store, making the game lag HORRIBLY! The game is only playable in airplane mode now. |
| 2024-12-28 |  | | I love this game, but i would love some kind of filter system for the orders, some kind of reward system with the energy (maybe for completing the tasks), and of course there are too many ads. I don't mind ads too much, but having to stop playing every two minutes or so to watch an ad makes it hard to want to keep playing. |

The game used to be enjoyable, but now you have no choice but to be subjected to ads every 5 secs. Before, at least you could choose sometimes, and they were predictable. To whoever made this game, the quick buck you make off these ads isn't worth destroying the players' experience completely. |

But when he got to uninstall it the Google play page didn't say the game was no longer compatible with my phone. And the install button was there. Gonna try to redownload loding it but going to be annoyed in having to do everything over again since I was so far into the game |

I would watch them voluntarily before for the extra products and such, but now it's ads every 30seconds to a minute or so, and it's very irritating. I don't want to play anymore, which is a shame because it's a good game. I would keep playing if the ads weren't happening so often. |
