It was ok at best BEFORE the update. Now there are ads on screen that create so much lag, it crashes the game. I already am watching ads Everytime I: get off register, get out of the computer, to receive a free item, every 4th customer, every 3rd delivery...it's a lot of ads to begin with. Now the ads on screen made me uninstall. Don't purchase! Don't even get it for free. Zero stars. Not even 1.

Fun, but it bugs out. Normally you can buy the extensions for 19.99 each but sometime it bugs out to show 4.99 and it never let's you purchase during that bug. And sometimes the mop disappears. Also most products do not match the picture on items and makes it hard to remember when just casually playing and you buy the wrong thing based on the literal label on the picture but it's named something else in the store. Also bought the no ads banner - they added non removeable ads....
