The app and website have been down at least 2 times very recently. It's ridiculous that a couple days before Xmas that people are not able to access account information or card controls on their debit card. the app does let you in sometimes transferring money between accounts or paying your loan just does not happen. I made a loan payment on the app and it didn't register. First Community was a good credit union but now they have an app that is inferior to all other apps on my phone.

Useless app every other month. It constantly has spurts where every time the password is entered it crashes. Physically being incapable of viewing my account is frustrating and flat ridiculous. Stop trying to update the thing to make it look "fresh" and "new" and just make the damn thing work. Sick of having to call just to ask for a balance and history
