First Community Bank

Keeps kicking my phone off the finger print authorization and saying my password is wrong when it's not and telling me to contact customer service after one time. About to switch back to First Security over this. It's also been a year since this was last updated making think they abandoned the app which is kinda lazy if they were just gonna flake on this app. Edit : A year later and this app still has the same problems. I'm canceling my account and suggesting others do the same.

I'm sure if I learned how app development worked in under a week, I could do a better job than whoever decided to make this. Love how it constantly insists that I update the app when it refuses to open and how half of the new features it wants me to use causes the app to crash. (UPDATE): Still can not stand the app. While it's gotten better theirs still crashing bugs and stuff that just cause sign outs. Sometimes, I'll also have to reset things like biometrics. Why ask for me to review again lol
