Hi, this app is very hard to use due to the fact i need to open it 5-10 times or try later when wanting to see a message. It crashes and closes when i try to tap on a message. Quite annoying... I'm "sending feedback" every time it crashes but haven't noticed any change so far. We've been using it for a year now, and it's been happening ever aince. If you could try to fix it that would be great.
