I'm an experienced educator and instructional designer and I can tell you this is not great design. They over sell and over package the same old stuff that honestly is not much better than free stuff available elsewhere. They took over a week to respond to me and now refuse to refund me even though I requested it within the trial window. I'm disputing this with my credit card company

These people are crooks. I signed up for the 7 day free trial so my son can get a feel of it. He wasn't that interested so I decided to cancel before being charged $83 when trying to reach out and look for a number to call both the number provided was not in service and for whatever reason nobody from customer service returns your emails or responds back I been reaching out since Jan 17th 2025 (the day I got charged) and I want my refund of my 83 bucks! Had to dispute this charge to my bank also
